Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Motion Recruitment. As an Administrative Coordinator for Recording Operations, you will provide critical support to our recording and marketing teams, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recording Summaries and Reconciliation: Provide timely and accurate recording summaries and actuals to our A&R and Finance teams as needed.
- Expense Management: Perform reconciliation of all current projects to ensure that production expenses are being booked properly and that all expenses are accounted for.
- PO Research and Maintenance: Assist in open PO research and maintenance for both recording and marketing.
- Training and Support: Learn and assist in training in-house staff on UniPort.
- Project Tracking: Access Veva system to check on recording parts delivery status.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and proficiency in Excel.
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in an administrative role or comparable experience.
- Education: College degree preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of label operations.
