Job Summary

Dexian - DISYS is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support the recording and marketing operations team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support related to the budget and operational aspects of the recording and marketing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support related to the budget and operational aspects of the recording and marketing process, including analyzing recording actuals vs budgets, liaison with A&R and legal departments.
  • Liaison with Legal department and Producer Agreements for all recording projects.
  • Provide recording summaries/actuals to A&R and Finance as needed.
  • Access Veva system to check on recording parts delivery status.
  • Perform reconciliation of all current projects to ensure that production expenses are being booked properly and that all expenses are accounted for.
  • Assist in open PO research and maintenance for both recording and marketing.
  • Learn and assist in training in-house staff on UniPort.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in an administrative role or comparable experience.
