Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of the residential community to ensure optimal performance.
- Uphold property standards and enhance the community's appeal.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address their needs effectively.
- Facilitate tenant relations and maintain a harmonious living environment.
- Lead leasing and marketing initiatives to attract new residents.
- Oversee maintenance activities and conduct regular inspections.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets, along with financial reporting.
- Guide and mentor the property management team.
- Implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and reduce delinquency.
- Supervise the office and leasing staff to ensure efficient operations.
- 3-5 years of experience in residential property management.
- Valid Property Manager license in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Tax Credit Specialist Certification is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Excel, Word, and property management software.
- Willingness to work some weekends as needed.
