Job Overview

Miller Group is seeking a highly skilled Property Director to lead the day-to-day operations of our multi-family residential properties. This key role is responsible for overseeing the financial performance, resident satisfaction, and staff management of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage property budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting.
  • Resident Relations: Foster strong relationships with residents and implement programs to enhance community engagement.
  • Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise property management staff.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Ensure the property is well-maintained and meets safety standards.
  • Marketing and Leasing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with service providers and vendors.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8-12 years of property management experience.
  • Knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
