Property Administrator

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to tenant concerns and requests, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Monitor tenant service requests to completion, conducting thorough follow-up and preparing detailed work order reports as required.
- Facilitate conference room reservation requests and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement a new tenant transition program to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Maintain building and tenant signage, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Process work order billing and prepare uploads for service requests from the work order system to accounting software.
- Manage accounts receivable, processing tenant cash receipts through accounting software.
- Process invoice payments via Avid Electronic Pay System and prepare management fee calculations.
- Maintain purchase order tracking spreadsheets and distribute reports to building staff.
- Respond to vendor requests and concerns, exercising sound judgment and creativity in problem-solving.
- Review received certificates for accuracy and conduct follow-up communication for inaccuracies or missing certificates.
- Maintain tracking reports and distribute to building staff, ensuring constant accuracy of tenant roster, email distribution lists, emergency contact lists, and other important building information.
- Distribute documents via Adobe Sign and perform other duties as requested.
- Candidates should possess a high level of energy, drive, and initiative in pursuing job goals.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to self-start and multitask.
- Advanced oral and written communication skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment and creativity in problem-solving.
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude, with the ability to manage workload commitments effectively and handle deadlines under pressure.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- MRI/JDE/Yardi software experience is a plus.
