Property Manager

This is a challenging role that requires a strong leader to manage and coordinate community operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the property, including supervising staff, managing finances, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet the needs of residents.
- Manage the property's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
- Ensure the property is maintained to a high standard, including overseeing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive working environment.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including occupancy rates, revenue, and resident satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-family property management, including direct supervision of others.
- Proven marketing and leasing experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
