We are in search of a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative (SPANISH) to enhance our customer support operations.

Position Summary:

This full-time role at Nielsen & Moller Auto Glass Distributors involves managing incoming customer communications effectively. The Customer Service Representative will identify customer requirements, provide clear information regarding services, and facilitate call transfers to appropriate departments. Success in this position hinges on a customer-focused mindset, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace, alongside basic computer and typing skills. This role requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Deliver detailed information about products and services
  • Maintain accurate records in the call center CRM database
  • Continuously update knowledge of evolving products and services
  • Assist customers with account setup and payment processes
  • Follow established communication protocols and guidelines

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
  • Experience in the automotive or auto glass industry is advantageous
  • Proven ability to cultivate customer relationships
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
