By leading our culinary staff, ensuring the highest quality of food, and maintaining a pristine kitchen environment, you create a positive impact on the experiences of our guests. This is what gives purpose to our team members, and we hope it brings fulfillment to you as well.

The Culinary Operations Manager is involved in the recruitment and selection process for all culinary and kitchen roles. You will also play a significant role in training team members in these positions.

Additionally, you will actively supervise individual shifts, ensuring that our guests receive the level of exceptional service that we, and they, expect.

Key Responsibilities (what our Team Members do):

- Oversee the kitchen environment

- Manage daily and nightly shifts

- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and uphold that standard among staff

- Foster a positive attitude and work atmosphere

- Communicate effectively between management and culinary staff

- Possess extensive knowledge of the menu

- Encourage strong relationships among staff

- Handle opening and closing duties

- Collaborate as a team player

- Resolve conflicts effectively

- Demonstrate independence in problem-solving

- Strive diligently to meet goals

- Be organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy adhering to standards and guidelines

- Understand restaurant and shift objectives, working daily to achieve them

- Follow food safety protocols and report any issues to the Manager on Duty or Restaurant General Manager

Other Requirements:

- Arrive at work punctually

- Flexible scheduling is essential

- Adhere to operational procedures for restaurant equipment (including fryers, ovens, etc.)

- Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and carrying up to 30 feet

- Able to push/pull up to 90 lbs over a distance of 30 feet

- Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift

- Comply with restaurant and local/state/national safety regulations

- Knowledge of and adherence to the restaurant's Human Resources policies and procedures
