  • Oversee staffing needs to ensure smooth daily operations, including hiring and training of new team members.

  • Collaborate with the chef on menu development and daily specials to maintain high-quality standards and profitability.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in dining and work areas, adhering to sanitation protocols.
  • Manage inventory, including placing orders for beverages, scheduling, and budgeting.

**Qualifications:**

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment (with food sales exceeding 1 million).
  • Proficient in managing P&L statements and implementing necessary changes to front-of-house operations.
  • Strong verbal, written, and computer skills.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams of 30 or more employees.
  • Multi-unit management experience is advantageous.
