Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Chop vegetables, prepare sauces, and handle other food prep tasks to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Cooking and Presentation: Cook menu items in collaboration with the kitchen team, maintaining attention to detail and presentation standards.
- Station Management: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Inventory Management: Stock and manage inventory, ensuring timely ordering and minimizing waste.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of culinary experience, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Prior cooking or Back of the House experience is highly valued.
