Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Cornerstone Building Brands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing designated territories and supporting a designated sales team in their efforts to grow sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Grow Established Accounts: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and increase sales revenue.
  • Prospect and Qualify New Customers: Identify and contact potential customers to qualify their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales and Account Management: Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and account management.
  • Conduct Customer Account Development Training: Develop and deliver training programs to customers to enhance their knowledge and skills in using our products.
  • Participate in Customer Trade Shows: Represent Cornerstone Building Brands at trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3 Years of Direct Sales Experience: Proven experience in the building products industry, preferably in sales management.
  • Problem-Solving and Sales Negotiation Skills: Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to effectively manage customer relationships and close sales deals.
  • General Knowledge of Major Competitive Brands: Knowledge of major competitive brands in the building products industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Experience with Sales Planning, Budgeting, and T&E Expense Management: Experience with sales planning, budgeting, and expense management to effectively manage sales performance and customer relationships.
