- Lead Generation: Experience with lead generation and strategic relationships, with a strong network of contacts in the industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Travel Requirements: Clean driving record and ability to travel within the Central Pennsylvania territory.
- Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior home services sales experience and certifications preferred.
- Compensation: Competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 (draw + commission), plus benefits.
