Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales ability and exceptional customer service skills, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Lead Generation: Experience with lead generation and strategic relationships, with a strong network of contacts in the industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Travel Requirements: Clean driving record and ability to travel within the Central Pennsylvania territory.
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior home services sales experience and certifications preferred.
