Candid is a pioneering oral health care company seeking a driven and charismatic Account Executive to join our team. As a key player in driving business growth, you will identify and engage with prospective dentists and practices, conduct informative demos, facilitate onboarding, and nurture existing relationships to enhance their clear aligner business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential dentists and practices, conduct research, and develop a robust pipeline of leads through various channels.
  • Demos (Lunch and Learns): Organize and conduct informative sessions to present the benefits and advantages of our clear aligner solutions.
  • Client Acquisition and Onboarding: Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute effective approaches for converting leads into signed clients, manage the onboarding process, and ensure a seamless integration.
  • Account Management and Growth: Build strong relationships with clients, provide educational materials, and analyze client performance data to help them maximize their clear aligner business.
Requirements:
  • Business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience selling a medical device or capital equipment in the dental or orthodontic industry.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Business & Marketing knowledge, including comfort with business discussions and clinical discussions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
