Resumen

El IT Support Specialist será responsable de realizar tareas analíticas, técnicas y administrativas de complejidad moderada en la planificación, diseño e instalación de sistemas informáticos nuevos y existentes. Descripción del Trabajo:

· Instala, configura y asegura el funcionamiento efectivo de todo el hardware y software de los usuarios finales, así como de los dispositivos periféricos y móviles dentro de los estándares establecidos.

· Monitorea y responde a las llamadas de servicio y proporciona capacitación a los usuarios finales en el uso de equipos y software.

· Colabora con el cliente para diagnosticar problemas simples a moderadamente complejos, aplicar soluciones y ayudar a determinar los tipos de hardware y software necesarios para satisfacer las necesidades del negocio.

· Asegura que el hardware, software y dispositivos asociados de los usuarios finales se interconecten sin problemas con sistemas diversos como servidores de archivos, servidores de correo electrónico, sistemas de conferencias por computadora y servidores de aplicaciones.

· Crea, ejecuta y soluciona problemas de scripts simples a moderadamente complejos, archivos por lotes o procedimientos de instalación.

· Realiza procedimientos de solución de problemas de complejidad moderada que abarcan múltiples plataformas tecnológicas.

· Coordina esfuerzos con el personal técnico y los clientes para determinar y resolver problemas bajo la dirección del líder técnico.

· Revisa problemas de licencias y realiza auditorías de software y hardware en toda la organización. Proporciona informes de auditoría y evaluaciones, y asegura el cumplimiento de las regulaciones de licencias.

· Proporciona soporte de guardia según sea necesario, 24 horas al día, 7 días a la semana (raramente, si acaso, excediendo 40 horas por semana).
