- Monitor early intervention follow-up for children, equipping parents with effective strategies for speech/language stimulation.

- Provide treatment at various clinic locations within the FHCSD network or contracted off-site locations based on patient needs.

- During home visits, responsibilities include scheduling, maintaining communication with parents/caregivers, modeling intervention techniques, monitoring progress, and assessing the home environment.

- Develop, document, and communicate treatment goals and plans clearly for Speech Language Pathology Assistants following evaluations or consultations.

- Ensure all treatment plans are approved by a supervising SLP and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

- Participate in case conferencing, IFSP meetings, and program planning discussions.

- Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with departmental standards and patient insurance requirements.

- Manage your schedule proactively, confirming appointments and optimizing time during home visits.

- Ensure compliance with RPE requirements and progress towards SLP licensure.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Ability to travel within San Diego County as needed, with proof of vehicle insurance required.

- California State licensure for RPE SLP is mandatory. CFY (ASHA) in Speech Pathology is preferred. CPR Certification is required. Experience with young children (ages 0-5 years) is preferred. A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology is essential.

Benefits:

- Regular Full-Time position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits, including a retirement plan with employer matching, paid time off, extended sick leave, and paid holidays.

- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, FSA, and life insurance options.

- Employee discounts and wellness programs.

- Enjoy an industry-leading benefits package that includes $1000 CME reimbursement, 24 hours of CME time off, access to virtual CME training, license renewal fee reimbursement, and potential loan forgiveness eligibility.
