About Us:
At Progressive Therapy Center, we take pride in our collaborative approach to pediatric therapy, which is designed to provide a comprehensive strategy for enhancing child development. We are currently seeking a California licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), preferably with Tricare credentialing or a willingness to obtain it, for our new office location.

Work Environment:
Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with private therapy rooms, feeding therapy rooms, an observation room, and specialized motor-sensory and ABA gyms, ensuring a conducive environment for both individual and group therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for:
  • Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Creating tailored therapy plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Documenting evaluations and progress notes, while maintaining communication with families.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A valid California SLP license and a degree from an accredited Speech Language Masters Program.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Experience with early intervention and special needs populations is preferred.
