Pediatric Play Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of innovative and caring professionals. As an SLP with Pediatric Play Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of children and families, providing assessment and treatment services for a variety of speech and language disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's speech and language skills
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with other professionals, including occupational therapists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care to children and families
- Provide education and support to parents and caregivers on strategies to promote children's communication development
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in speech and language therapy
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- National certification in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligibility for California licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- 1 year of experience working with pediatric populations
