Position Overview

We are a dedicated, therapist-owned practice focused on providing neurodiversity-affirming speech language therapy to children and adolescents. We are seeking a qualified speech language pathologist (CCC or clinical fellow) to conduct in-home therapy sessions for clients aged 1-18 in the South Bay area and its surroundings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver child-centered, naturalistic language therapy tailored to individual needs.
  • Preferred experience with apraxia, gestalt language processing, natural language acquisition, and AAC. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
  • While CCC certification is preferred, we welcome strong clinical fellows. Comprehensive mentorship and support will be provided.
  • Flexible scheduling options are available, with a minimum commitment of 5 hours and a maximum of 35 hours per week. Afternoon and weekend availability is required.
  • Minimal documentation and assessment tasks; administrative support will handle scheduling.
  • Compensation includes payment for both direct treatment and travel time at the same hourly rate.
  • Starting pay is $75/hour, commensurate with experience.
