Position Overview

Role Summary:
As a Senior Executive Recruitment Specialist, you will be instrumental in our talent acquisition strategy, concentrating on sourcing and engaging top-tier executives for our esteemed clientele. This role demands a combination of investigative skills, relationship-building expertise, and adept client engagement to effectively secure premier executive talent.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth research to pinpoint and connect with prospective candidates for senior-level roles.
  • Establish and nurture a robust network of industry professionals to identify exceptional candidates.
  • Work closely with senior recruitment consultants to grasp client requirements and position specifications.
  • Draft persuasive job postings and candidate profiles.
  • Oversee the candidate evaluation process, which includes screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
  • Offer continuous support and communication to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring journey.
  • Maintain and refresh the candidate database and CRM platform.
  • Keep informed about industry developments and market trends to provide insightful recommendations to clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or a similar domain. Prior exposure to executive search or headhunting is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional research capabilities and the ability to comprehend and analyze intricate business requirements.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and thriving in high-pressure environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM software.
