You will act as a brand ambassador for Socotra, often being the initial point of contact for prospective candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Identification and Engagement:

  • Perform in-depth talent and market analysis for executive-level vacancies.
  • Employ advanced sourcing techniques, including extensive web searches, industry networking events, and executive connections, to locate and engage senior-level candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-caliber, passive candidates through tailored outreach and communication.
  • Engage with underrepresented candidates through personalized outreach efforts.

Collaboration with Recruiters:

  • Work closely with the executive recruitment team.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sourcing team members, offering coaching in executive search methodologies.

Candidate Assessment:

  • Conduct preliminary candidate evaluations, assessing qualifications, motivations, and cultural alignment.
  • Prepare comprehensive written evaluations for Hiring Leaders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Executive Hiring Leaders, offering insightful candidate profiles and recommendations during meetings.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze and report on key metrics related to executive candidate pipelines and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to shape sourcing strategies, particularly regarding underrepresented candidates.

Strategic Talent Mapping:

  • Lead strategic talent mapping initiatives to forecast future talent requirements.
  • Examine market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform executive recruitment strategies.

Thought Leadership:

  • Stay updated on executive recruiting trends and share insights within the organization.
  • Contribute to the formulation of innovative executive talent acquisition strategies.
  • Participate in executive recruiting projects, including succession planning and market research.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in executive-level recruiting research, with a proven track record of sourcing senior executives.
  • In-depth knowledge of executive search methodologies and sourcing techniques.
