Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the calendars and schedules for executive personnel
  • Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries for both domestic and international trips
  • Organize and manage logistics for offsite meetings
  • Support the creation of PowerPoint presentations with relevant charts and graphs
  • Facilitate meeting agendas and compile necessary materials
  • Coordinate logistics for Quarterly Communication Town Hall meetings
  • Plan and manage social events and community engagement activities for local teams
  • Reconcile expenses and purchasing card transactions
  • Process purchase requisitions and manage supply orders
  • Safeguard highly confidential information
  • Exhibit sound judgment as a representative of NXP in interactions with senior leaders and global teams
  • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a thorough approach to tasks
  • Proficient in managing workflow interruptions with professionalism and flexibility
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Collaborative mindset with proven experience in event planning and coordination
  • Proactive in anticipating the needs of the senior vice president and resourceful under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various internal IT systems as necessary
  • Highly skilled in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and emerging AI-based productivity tools
  • A college degree is preferred

Compensation: The base salary is approximately $108K.
