Position Summary:
The Lead Electrical Engineer will oversee the conceptual design, evaluation, and certification of engineering drawings prior to client submission.

Compensation:
Our salary range for this role is between $125,000 and $130,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, assess, and refine electrical design plans and timelines.
  • Conduct construction inspections and quality assurance beyond the scope of construction managers.
  • Provide mentorship to junior engineers and ensure quality assurance on ongoing projects.
  • Assist in contract management and planning with scope and scheduling definitions.
  • Prepare cost estimates and evaluate design plans for technical efficiency.
  • Perform detailed calculations to set standards and specifications.
  • Draft necessary correspondence, technical reports, and contract documents.
  • Inspect installations to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Utilize engineering software (AutoCAD, load analysis) for assigned tasks.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in electrical engineering.
  • Support recruitment, training, and onboarding efforts while promoting a safe work environment.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience with US Government and Military projects is preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
  • Up to 10 years of experience in construction management/design, preferably in power generation or UPS.
  • Strong communication, analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering software for project planning and circuit design.
  • Familiarity with military programming rules is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for international assignments.
  • Must reside in the United States and be eligible for employment.
  • Ability to obtain a secret clearance.
