Position Summary

We are currently seeking a qualified Security Site Supervisor to oversee and manage the delivery of exceptional services to a designated client.

  • Compensation: $17.00 / Hour
  • Shift Schedule: 2pm-10pm (Thursday and Friday), 1pm-9pm (Saturday), 7am-3pm (Sunday and Monday)
  • Workdays: Thursday - Monday (Off Days: Tuesday and Wednesday)
Key Responsibilities

The Security Site Supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact between clients, Operations Managers, and security personnel. Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising site staff while providing guidance, recognition, and disciplinary actions within authorized limits.
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual standards and site safety protocols.
  • Administering site-specific safety programs, addressing potential hazards for security officers.
  • Utilizing scheduling and billing software to generate necessary reports for effective management.
  • Handling crisis situations with composure and efficiency.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum age of 21 with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
  • Possession of a state-issued security license, as required by local regulations.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.
  • Proficient in using technology and software relevant to security operations.
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions and perform physical tasks as needed.
