Supervisory Duties
You will manage a team of 1-3 subordinate supervisors overseeing a total of 1-9 employees, including drivers, warehouse staff, and office personnel. Your supervisory responsibilities will encompass:

  • Recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
  • Planning, assigning, and directing work tasks.
  • Evaluating employee performance and addressing any issues.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience, including two to four years in a supervisory role.
  • A Class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements is preferred.

Skills
Candidates should demonstrate:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics and the ability to interpret various forms of data.
  • Competence in using office equipment and software.

Physical Requirements
The role may require:

  • Regularly lifting and moving items up to 10 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
  • Working in environments with moving mechanical parts and exposure to various elements.
