Job Title: Assistant Front Office Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at Omni Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk, including managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling guest requests, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all guest interactions are handled with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage the front desk team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest stays, including check-in and check-out times, room assignments, and any special requests.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies and procedures, as well as industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front office or hotel management role.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
