Strategic Business Growth Leader

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Leader to join our team at Trulite. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Job Description

The Strategic Business Growth Leader will be the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This includes identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing accounts, preparing and delivering regular reports on account status, forecasts, and performance metrics.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key strategic accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales, account management, and business development within glass and aluminum work experience preferred.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and managing strategic accounts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented person with a drive to succeed to maximize business results.
  • Fosters a whatever it takes to get the job done attitude.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, time management, and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to perform the duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Pass a criminal background check.

Estimated Salary Range:

$135,000 - $155,000 per year.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will be responsible for:



  • Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key strategic accounts.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing accounts.
  • Preparing and delivering regular reports on account status, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to achieve sales growth targets.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
  • Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
  • Collaborating with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
