Job Title: Strategic Accounts Manager & New Business Development Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Accounts Manager & New Business Development Lead to join our team at Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our key strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key strategic accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales, account management, and business development within glass and aluminum work experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and managing strategic accounts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented person with a drive to succeed to maximize business results.
  • Fosters a "whatever it takes" to get the job done attitude.
  • Must have excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, time management, and conflict management skills.
  • Must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must pass criminal background check.
