We are a leading provider of third-party logistics services, serving clients across various industries such as retail, consumer goods, food and beverage, and more.
As a Senior Director of National Sales Development, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our customer base. This role involves building strong relationships with key decision-makers and identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and account management, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our service offerings and capabilities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our customer base and increase revenue.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the sales team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the 3PL industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Strong understanding of sales technologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
