Job Summary

The Administrative Support Specialist will provide high-level administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and Coordinate: Schedule new employee orientations, assist employees with processing paperwork, and maintain the calendar of key company events.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to management, including preparing meeting agendas, attending meetings, and producing meeting notes.
  • Database Management: Maintain databases, track reports, and project files.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with employees, customers, vendors, and partners to ensure assignments are on track and to resolve issues.
  • Technology: Utilize technology, including Microsoft Office software applications, to perform assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of office administration experience in a consulting services organization.
  • Education: A college degree is desirable.
  • Skills: Intermediate to advanced competency in Microsoft Office software applications, advanced knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
