Client Relations Specialist
As a vital member of our team, the Client Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the flow of clients and their pets through our facility. This position is essential in optimizing the efficiency of our veterinary medical team while ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential clients to promote our services and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Streamline the process for clients and pets to ensure exceptional care and maximize the productivity of our veterinary team.
- Provide outstanding service by encouraging visits, making clients and pets feel comfortable, and educating them on health needs.
- Assist clients with necessary documentation and ensure accurate pet information is recorded in our systems.
- Support outgoing clients by providing clear instructions, information, and invoices, while also managing retail sales and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain financial accuracy through diligent management of transactions and adherence to opening and closing procedures.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required.
