POSITION: CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST
COMPENSATION: HOURLY / SEASONAL / $15.00/hr.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in providing outstanding customer support during major events. This role involves engaging with attendees, including competitors, fans, and staff, ensuring a seamless experience for all. The position may require extended hours in outdoor settings, often in dynamic weather conditions, and in a fast-paced atmosphere.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver friendly and effective service to all guests.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall event experience.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with diverse groups.
- Adapt to varying work conditions and schedules as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Flexibility with meal breaks is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds as necessary.
- Capable of problem-solving and working both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to follow instructions accurately and effectively.
