Core Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients in a courteous and professional manner through various communication channels.
- Oversee client accounts, which includes:
- Analyzing accounts to rectify balance discrepancies.
- Performing data entry tasks.
- Processing payments and adjustments.
- Request detailed invoices from clients.
- Confirm insurance eligibility.
- Conduct research and gather information from client platforms.
- Review bankruptcy notifications.
- Generate comprehensive reports for clients.
- Execute any additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional client service.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Capable of working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate professional relationships with clients.
- Proficient in identifying and resolving issues.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and planning capabilities.
- High School Diploma or GED required. Familiarity with HIPAA, Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance regulations is advantageous.
