Job Overview
The Role
The Client Support Specialist will report directly to the Client Services Manager while collaborating closely with fellow Client Support Specialists, as well as department managers from Concessions, Merchandise, and Premium Services. Specialists are expected to exemplify outstanding service standards for all other personnel throughout the venue. A thorough understanding of the venue and its offerings is essential to effectively assist all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
The Client Support Specialist will:
- Report directly to the Client Services Manager while working in conjunction with other Client Support Specialists and department managers.
- Serve as a model of excellence for all staff throughout the venue.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the venue and its services to assist guests effectively.
- Support the Client Services Manager with employee engagement activities, including customer service initiatives, team-building events, and various service-related tasks.
- Conduct surveys with on-site guests during events to gather immediate feedback on their experiences.
- Perform secret shopper evaluations across various departments during events.
- Complete a minimum number of surveys and evaluations per event.
- Assist in identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
- Enhance both employee and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to engage with all levels of management.
- Highly motivated with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment while also working independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Ability to remain mobile for 7 to 8 hours and lift items weighing up to 30 pounds.
Adhere to safe work practices, comply with all safety policies and procedures, and complete company-wide safety training as well as any additional job-specific safety training.
