Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with our Director of Business Development, Regional Vice President, and branch Director of Operations to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, patient satisfaction, and profitability. Your laser focus on meeting or surpassing monthly admission targets will be crucial to our success.



You'll identify and qualify key healthcare relationships within the regional territory, building strong ties with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, Community Based Residential Facilities, physicians, and other healthcare providers. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to resolve customer issues and conflicts effectively.



With passion and ingenuity, you'll design and implement a yearly business plan for the region, driving us past established budgets and goals. Your ability to work independently and interdependently, interact with all levels of staff and management, and use good judgment will be essential to your success.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable business experience
  • One year of related sales experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical field
  • Excellent sales, customer service, and persuasive abilities
  • Strong knowledge of computer-based applications, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and territory management systems
  • Excellent time management, organizational, administrative, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel, valid driver's license, and auto liability insurance coverage
