Position Summary:

  • Provide assistance to clients via telephone, collecting, processing, and verifying information related to excavation sites across the region.
  • Engage exclusively in inbound communications, emphasizing precision and quality without any sales or debt collection responsibilities.
  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (Full-Time).
  • Contribute to data entry tasks with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
  • Confirm entered information with clients to guarantee correctness.

Employment Type: Full-time position based in the office.

Compensation: $21.00 per hour
