About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Support Consultant to join our team at ADP. As a Client Support Consultant, you will be the front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, and providing training on ADP technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of ADP products and services to effectively support clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance client support.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven call center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, HR, and benefits.
  • Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
