Implementation Specialist

ADP is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will also partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth implementation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements
- Implement ADP technologies to ensure a seamless experience for clients
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth implementation process
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementation
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a client service or customer service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
