About the Role:
West Coast Trans Alliance is seeking a meticulous and proactive Account Manager to oversee client portfolios and manage daily operational activities. This role is pivotal as the primary liaison for all client-related matters, focusing on understanding and fulfilling client needs, coordinating internal resources to meet project timelines, and driving the success of client initiatives. Additionally, the Account Manager will engage in acquiring new clients through outreach methods such as calls and emails.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with clients and transportation partners.
  • Monitor, document, and manage shipments throughout their lifecycle.
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding shipment status and necessary documentation.
