Lead with Compassion: Clinical Supervisor Position
As a Clinical Supervisor at Providence Medical Group, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and colleagues. You will lead by example, demonstrating compassion, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading clinical teams and providing guidance and support
- Implementing quality improvement initiatives and monitoring outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
- An Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
