We are seeking a talented Clinical Team Lead RN to join our team at Providence Medical Group. In this role, you will oversee the clinical staff performance, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex patients, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

The salary for this position is $67,500 - $106,250 per year, depending on experience. With a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) Savings Plan and health insurance, we offer a competitive compensation package.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or equivalent education/experience,
  • An Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience,
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire,
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire,
  • 3 years - RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program,
  • Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment, including medical assistant, nurses and related clinical positions.
