Salary: $47,980 - $75,940 per year
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled nursing professional with strong leadership abilities to oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care in our clinic setting. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care, while also supporting the growth and development of our clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS certification
