At Providence, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Leader to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the performance of clinical staff, coaching and mentoring, developing and implementing best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years of RN experience managing complex patients is required. Additionally, experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff in an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment is preferred.
