Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Excellence and Quality Supervisor to join our team at Providence Medical Group. This is a full-time opportunity with an estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $110,000.

About the Role

This position oversees the performance of clinical staff, providing coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of clinical operations and have experience leading complex patients.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of clinical staff performance, including coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices.
  • Providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment.
  • Leading complex patients and ensuring high-quality care delivery.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent education/experience. An Associate Nursing degree with 3 years recent RN experience may also be considered. National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association and Oregon Registered Nurse License are necessary for hire.
