Providence Medical Group is seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor RN to join our team in Oregon. As an integral member of our clinic leadership, you will oversee clinical staff performance, coach, mentor, and develop best practices. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience, with 3 years of RN experience managing complex patients or completion of an RN Ambulatory Residency program. Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff is also preferred.
