Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to lead our team and drive guest satisfaction. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and coaching our team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and lead by example, setting the tone for a positive and productive work environment.
  • Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance and support to team members to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Drive Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that every guest has a positive experience, from greeting to goodbye.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Effectively manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and ensure that the restaurant is always stocked with the necessary items.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales and Performance: Analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Develop and implement operational plans to drive sales growth and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • Previous Management or Leadership Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, guests, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to Lift Up to 55 Pounds: Ability to lift up to 55 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
