Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including medication management, ambulation, and personal care.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of well-being and dignity.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring the unique needs of each resident are met.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services, including physical therapy and meal preparation.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Respond promptly and effectively in emergency situations, utilizing knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA certification preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months experience as a Caregiver in an Assisted Living or Memory Care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to pass medications, with training provided.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
