About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Expert to join our Buy with Prime team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the integration of Buy with Prime product with complex e-commerce websites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions to customers adopting Buy with Prime product features.
  • Integrate Buy with Prime product with complex e-commerce websites and launch Buy with Prime product and features.
  • Optimize the Buy with Prime product on customer e-commerce websites by providing consultative guidance.
  • Build demos, Proof of Concepts & tools that will help adoption and acceleration of Buy with Prime product.
About the Team

Buy with Prime is a new way to extend Prime shopping benefits—including fast, free shipping, a seamless checkout experience, and free returns—to merchants' own online stores, ultimately increasing selection for Prime members.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • 3+ Years of work experience in external customer-facing roles.
  • 2+ Years of work experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Knowledge of API-led and event-driven integrations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence others in a collaborative fashion.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to gather, interpret, and apply a wide range of data.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $204,300/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
