Clinical Solutions Implementation Consultant, Diagnostic Cardiology Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Solutions Implementation Consultant to join our Diagnostic Cardiology Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering clinical workflow and education, as well as system go-live support for customer-facing engagements across our portfolio of products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical training plans in partnership with our Clinical Solutions Workflow and Consulting teams, local sales and service teams, and customers.
- Configure and manage the configuration of various components and software revisions of complex Philips solutions to accommodate application and operational workflow in the customer's environment.
- Analyze the customer's existing workflow and facilitate proper change management in the clinical or operational environment.
- Identify application issues, investigate and resolve issues or identify potential defects, and document and submit those according to standard processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related science, plus 5 years of clinical experience, or a Master's degree with > 3 years of related experience.
- Ideal certifications: Certified PM (PMP), Nursing Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Change Management.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, Philips Product Knowledge strongly preferred (Holter/cardiographs- TC70, TC50/ST80i Stress System/iECG), flexibility and tolerance of ambiguity, project management, high comfort level with technology and informatics concepts, detail-oriented and organized, ability to travel throughout the west zone 80% of the time, ability to be managed remotely.
