About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team at Point B. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping and architecting new solutions that enable our customers to fully realize the value of their Microsoft Power Platform investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, design, and develop innovative software solutions for customers ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500.
  • Work with Point B colleagues to identify opportunities to sell and deliver engagements that use the Power Platform suite of tools.
  • Provide technical leadership to team members, ensuring that vision, requirements, and design are translated into technical product.
  • Stay on top of emerging technology trends and methodologies.
  • Proactively seek ways to support team members and help other associates and customers achieve their professional goals.
Requirements
  • B.A. or B.S. in a quantitative subject (computer science, engineering, mathematics, sciences, economics, etc.)
  • Years of experience developing software solutions using Microsoft technologies.
  • Completed 10+ projects including discovery, capture requirements, engage subject matter experts and stakeholders, translate requirements, and configure Microsoft solutions and apps.
  • Experience providing technical oversight and leadership to team members in delivering Microsoft solutions and apps.
  • Demonstrated experience with Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience working with at least one other platform or technology stack (other than Power Platform).
