About the Role

Provider Solutions & Development is seeking a highly skilled Neurology Specialist - Epilepsy Expert to join our team at the Seattle Neuroscience Center. This role will focus on epilepsy, with a mix of approximately 75% epilepsy and 25% general neurology. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting medical and surgical epilepsy workups
  • Interpreting EEG, LTM, and rapid EEG readings
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Participating in a call schedule of 1/7 weekends

Key Responsibilities

As a Neurology Specialist - Epilepsy Expert, you will be expected to possess the following competencies:

  • Surgical candidacy evaluation and management
  • Chronic epilepsy medical management
  • VEEG monitoring and interpretation
  • Adult and pediatric EEG interpretation
  • Brain Mapping and Neurostimulator candidate evaluation and device management
  • General neuro skills in uncomplicated headache, back pain, and movement disorder management

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role is between $231,530 and $396,732 per year, which may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives. Additionally, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
